Initiate a Clawback

Once a Child Safe has been frozen, the Parent Safe/DAO can vote to Initiate a Clawback. Selecting this option will initiate a vote to clawback, or return all funds in the Child Safe's treasury back to the Parent Safe.

This feature can be used to ensure the Child Safe remains accountable to the Parent Safe via onchain governance.

To initiate a clawback, first freeze the Child Safe. Next, click the gear icon above the Child Safe and select Initiate a Clawback.

Sign the transaction. A proposal will be created for the Parent DAO to vote on to clawback the funds from the Child Safe.

Once the proposal is approved and executed, all funds in the treasury will be transferred from the Child Safe to the parent.
