Link a Snapshot Space

DAOs can link to their offchain voting by linking a Snapshot Space in Decent. When a Snapshot Space is linked to the DAO, offchain votes appear alongside onchain proposals under All Proposals and a link to the Snapshot is included on the DAO Dashboard page.

Start at the DAO Dashboard by selecting the Home icon. Above the name of the DAO, click the Settings icon. From the Manage Safe options, click Settings.

Add a Snapshot Space in the field at the bottom. Enter the address of the space. Click Propose Change.

A new proposal will be created and put to a vote from the DAO titled "Update Snapshot Space." Once the vote is approved and executed, the DAO will see the offchain Snapshot proposals alongside onchain votes and a Snapshot button linking to the space will be added underneath the DAO's address on the Dashboard.
